I've forgotten my CalState LA ID and/or password, what do I do?

You have a few options to retrieve your password if you've been locked out of your account.

  • You can use the Self-Service Password reset option on the MyCalStateLA ID Website. You'll find the steps to complete this process on the Entered wrong password multiple times section of the ITS Account Lockouts webpage.
  • You may contact the ITS Help Desk for support. You can call 323-343-6170. You may need to provide a valid photo ID.
  • You can visit the ITS Help Desk on the First Floor of Library South. You may need to provide a valid photo ID.
