Why did it charge me 20 cents to print on both sides?

Answer

Printing costs are calculated per page side. One page is one side of a single sheet of paper.

 

Printing on the front and back of one sheet at 10 cents per page is 20 cents. You can find more information about printing costs on the University Library Print & Copy webpage.
